The Health Kinesiology workshop gives participants an introduction to this fascinating therapy with lots of interactive exercises covering: Energy Toning Movements, Degaussing, how different foods, chemicals & drugs affect our Vital Energy and many more tips, tools and self help info, with full manual provided.

The Colour Mirrors workshop gives participants a chance to experience these beautiful bottles and to gain an insight to and some guidance for any issues or concerns of the moment. Bottles are chosen 'at random' and their meanings explored. Birthday numbers, the bottles and colours we love and the ones we don't are all looked at and discussed! The day includes mini meditations with the Scent by Angels range, plus a chance to do and have psychic readings in pairs or groups.
