Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning: Rei (pronounced Ray) = universal wisdom/spiritual consciousness and Ki (pronounced key) = chi/life force energy

Helen trained in the Usui/Tibetan Reiki style and has been empowered with both the Western and Japanese style attunements.

Reiki is a natural yet powerful universal energy channelled through the practitioner's hands to the client. Used as a complementary therapy, it is gentle, safe and relaxing.

Helen first started training, on impulse, in October 2011 knowing that she wanted to use it to help Concentration Camp & Civil War victims in Sarajevo with the Healing Hands Network charity. Little did she realise at the time that it would be used so often within Health Kinesiology (HK) sessions and that so many of her existing clients would benefit from it too.

Helen has joined the UK Reiki Federation and abides by their high standards and code of ethics, so client's can be reassured that they are in good hands, (pun intended)!

Sessions cost £35 and last up to 1 hour. Helen combines Reiki with her other therapies and uses muscle testing to determine if you would also benefit from using some crystals, oils or essences combined with your Reiki. This makes your session with Helen a unique and special experience. Sessions are done fully clothed with the client either lying on the couch or sitting down, depending on the client's needs.
