Health Kinesiology

Health Kinesiology — pronounced ‘kin-easy-ology’ — is a unique holistic and complementary therapy. It combines modern Western muscle testing techniques with the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine to communicate directly with your body based on the concepts of quantum physics.

Health Kinesiology works to balance your BioEnergy or Chi to help with your overall wellbeing. By muscle testing, your own innate wisdom will guide you to choose what it is that you want from your Health Kinesiology session.

Helen is currently the only UK practitioner qualified in both Health Kinesiology and Colour Mirrors.

Health Kinesiology is suitable for any age; Helen's clients range from newborn babies to 70+ years. Babies and young children can easily and effectively be worked on by using the parent as a surrogate. Most clients find Health Kinesiology relaxing, interesting, intriguing and hugely beneficial for their overall wellbeing.

The client lies down on the couch, fully clothed in a warm and relaxing environment. Helen will explain and demonstrate the muscle testing technique which is a highly skilled technique that involves applying gentle pressure to a muscle and monitoring its response.

After ensuring that the body is balanced, Helen then asks the body what it wants from a large 'menu' of BioEnergy corrections. This may include thinking specific thoughts, placing magnets on the body, or using essential oils, crystals, essences or Colour Mirrors to unblock BioEnergy blockages and help the body improve it's overall wellbeing.

No two sessions are ever the same. Just as each indiviual is unique, so too is each Health Kinesiology session, as it is always tailored to the clients specific goals or concerns.
