Colour Mirrors

Colour Mirrors is a dynamic colour system based on the psychology of colour.

Using purified oils and water, bottles and sprays are made up with additional ingredients such as flower and crystal essences. Combined, these give a meaning and purpose far beyond the colour alone.

Colour Mirrors can be combined with Health Kinesiology which provides a unique therapy. Helen is currently the only UK practitioner qualified in both therapies.

During the Health Kinesiology session your body will choose one or more Colour Mirror bottles using muscle testing. These will then be combined with other tools such as a singing bowl or holding acupressure points to remove BioEnergy blockages.

As a therapy on its own, Colour Mirrors with Dowsing is thoroughly relaxing. The client chooses between 3 and 7 bottles that are then placed on or around the body. Helen will then put some relaxing music on and talk about the bottles that have been choosen. She will then intuitively dowse the body with a chakra dowsing pendant to remove BioEnergy blockages. The client remains fully clothed, in a warm relaxing environment, with gentle music to soothe the body and mind. Eyes can be left open or closed and can be done in silence or whilst chatting, always the client's choice.

You can also use the beautiful bottles yourself at home in various ways. Your Colour Mirrors bottles can be used in baths, meditation, as a massage oil, or as an aura or room spray. A Health Kinesiology session combined with Colour Mirrors will ensure that you get the Colour Mirror bottles that your body wants and needs.
